Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] Pte. Ltd. (UEN [UEN]) ("naise", "we", "us") about your use of the naise app and naise.app. By creating an account or using naise, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use naise.
1. What naise is today
naise is a ride-hailing service for Singapore that is in early access. Before rides open, the app lets you create an account, receive a first-wave rider badge, collect naise coins, set your ride extras and check whether your area will be covered.
Rides are not available yet, and we don't promise a launch date or that every area will be covered. When rides open, additional terms about booking, fares and payments will apply, and we will show them to you before your first booking.
When rides open, naise will provide a technology platform that connects riders with independent drivers who provide the transport.
2. Who can use naise
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You may have only one account, and it is for your personal use only.
- The information you give us must be true and kept up to date.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. If you sign in with Apple or Google, their own terms also apply to that sign-in.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account, then Delete account). Deleting your account can't be undone, and your naise coins and rider badge are lost.
4. naise coins and rewards
- naise coins are promotional credits. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred, sold or combined between accounts.
- The app shows what a coin is worth (for example, 1 coin = S$1). When rides open, coins can be used towards rides under the conditions shown in the app at the time, which may include a limit per ride.
- Rewards such as the welcome card are decided by us when the card is created; what you reveal is what you receive.
- Coins are forfeited if you delete your account, or if your account is closed for breaking these terms.
- We may cancel coins or rewards obtained through fraud, abuse, multiple accounts or technical errors, and correct any balance shown by mistake.
- Promotions such as invite rewards or prize draws have their own rules, which we publish when they run. Those rules apply alongside these terms.
5. Using naise fairly
When you use naise, you agree not to:
- break any law, or use naise to harm, harass or deceive anyone;
- create fake or multiple accounts, or use automated tools, scripts or bots;
- try to get rewards you are not entitled to, or exploit errors in the service;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or interfere with the app, the website or our systems;
- access accounts, data or parts of the service that aren't meant for you.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
6. Our content
naise, the naise logo, the app and the website belong to naise or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices for as long as you follow these terms.
7. App stores
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and naise only, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance or support, or any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you as they relate to the iOS app.
8. Changes to naise and to these terms
naise is still being built, so features, rewards and how they work may change, and some may be paused or removed. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using naise after that, the updated terms apply.
9. Suspension and closing accounts
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we must do so by law, or to protect naise or other users. Where it's appropriate, we will tell you why. You can stop using naise and delete your account at any time.
10. Disclaimers
naise is provided "as is" and "as available". During early access especially, the service may change, be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent the law allows, we don't give warranties beyond those stated in these terms.
11. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, naise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or opportunity. While naise is in early access and free to use, our total liability to you for any claim relating to naise is limited to S$100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that we can't resolve will be decided by the courts of Singapore.
13. General
- These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any promotion rules, are the whole agreement between you and naise about naise.
- If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a right straight away, we don't give it up.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours, for example if our business is sold, and will tell you if that happens.
- Except for Apple as stated above, no one else has rights under these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001.
